How tools work

Välj ett verktyg (från menyn, verktygsraden eller genom att skriva dess bokstav), klicka sedan i ritytan. Verktyget stannar aktivt tills du väljer ett annat. Esc eller högerklick avbryter det du håller på att rita.

Pick a tool (from the menu, the toolbar, or by typing its letter), then click in the drawing area. The tool stays active until you choose another. Esc or right-click cancels what you are drawing.

BokstavskommandonLetter shortcuts Varje verktyg har en bokstav: L linje, C cirkel, B båge, A mått, T text, V vägg, D dörr, F fönster, I infoga symbol. De fungerar inte medan du skriver i ett textfält. Each tool has a letter: L line, C circle, B arc, A dimension, T text, V wall, D door, F window, I insert symbol. They do not fire while you type in a text field.

Med Ortho aktivt låses linjer till vågrätt eller lodrätt. Med snappning fäster punkterna mot rutnätet eller andra objekt — se Precision.

With Ortho on, lines lock to horizontal or vertical. With snapping, points attach to the grid or to other objects — see Precision.

Text

Välj Text (T), klicka där texten ska börja och skriv direkt på ritytan. Enter bekräftar, Backsteg redigerar och Esc avbryter. Texthöjden anges i ritningens enheter, så texten skalar med ritningen.

Choose Text (T), click where the text should start and type directly on the sheet. Enter commits, Backspace edits and Esc cancels. The text height is in drawing units, so text scales with the drawing.

Mått

Dimensions

Måttverktyget (A) mäter avståndet mellan två punkter med tre klick: klicka de två mätpunkterna och placera sedan måttlinjen med ett tredje klick. Måttet visas automatiskt; du kan skriva in egen text i Egenskaper.

The dimension tool (A) measures the distance between two points with three clicks: click the two measure points, then place the dimension line with a third click. The measurement is shown automatically; you can type your own text in Properties.

Ett mått med förlängningslinjer, sneda måttstreck och den uppmätta längden (400) centrerad över måttlinjen.

DörrDoor (D)	Klicka gångjärnssidan, sedan handtagssidan. Bladet svänger 90°. Tryck `R` för att växla vilken sida dörren slår åt.Click the hinge side, then the latch side. The leaf swings 90°. Press `R` to flip the swing side.
FönsterWindow (F)	Klicka öppningens två ändar.Click the two ends of the opening.

Automatiska öppningarAutomatic openings Dörrar och fönster som placeras på en vägg skär automatiskt ut öppningen i väggen, med karmkanter. Flyttar du väggen eller ändrar den räknas hålen om. Doors and windows placed on a wall automatically cut the opening out of it, with jamb edges. If you move or change the wall, the openings recompute.

Ett rum: väggar med gerade hörn, en dörr med svängbåge (upptill) och ett fönster (till vänster) — båda urskurna ur väggen — samt en takarmatur.

Elsymboler

Electrical symbols

Välj en symbol i paletten Symboler eller i menyn Symboler (strömbrytare, vägguttag, brandvarnare, armatur) och klicka i ritningen för att stämpla den. Verktyget stannar aktivt så att du kan placera flera i rad.

Pick a symbol in the Symboler palette or the Symboler menu (switch, socket, smoke alarm, luminaire) and click in the drawing to stamp it. The tool stays active so you can place several in a row.

R roterar symbolen 90° (Shift+R åt andra hållet).
R rotates the symbol 90° (Shift+R the other way).
+ och − skalar symbolen upp och ned.
+ and − scale the symbol up and down.
Esc avslutar placeringen. Inställningarna behålls till nästa symbol.
Esc stops placing. The settings carry over to the next symbol.

Egna symboler (importera SVG)

Your own symbols (import SVG)

Behöver du en symbol som inte finns? Klicka + Lägg till symbol högst upp i Symboler-panelen och välj en .svg-fil. Den blir en vanlig symbol som du kan placera, rotera och skala precis som de inbyggda. Importerade symboler sparas och finns kvar mellan sessioner. Högerklicka en egen symbol för att ta bort den.

Need a symbol that isn't included? Click + Lägg till symbol at the top of the Symbols panel and choose an .svg file. It becomes an ordinary symbol you can place, rotate and scale just like the built-in ones. Imported symbols are saved and persist across sessions. Right-click a custom symbol to remove it.

Om SVG-filenAbout the SVG file Enkel linjegrafik fungerar bäst (path, line, rect, circle, ellipse, polyline, polygon). Färger ignoreras — allt ritas som linjer. Symbolen centreras och skalas automatiskt till en lagom storlek. Simple line-art works best (path, line, rect, circle, ellipse, polyline, polygon). Colours are ignored — everything is drawn as outlines. The symbol is centred and scaled automatically to a sensible size.
